i actually dont get this novel with me.i comment it based on what i had read it from the website.i found this novel is interesting and someday i would like to have one with me...=]
this novel is actually a film adaptation that has been written by Steven Kloves.
it is all about a 15-years old boy named as Christopher Boone.He had discovered the dead of Wellington(his neighbour's dog)which is speared by a garden fork.The Wellington's owner reports to the police about that.As he wants to clear up his name, he tried to find out who is the real culprit.Christopher had a father that name is Ed. Ed told to his son that his wife had died because of the heart attack.At the climax of the story, Christopher at last know the truth that he don't know before.the culprit of the murdered dog is actually his father.and he also find out that his mother is still alive.his father just lied to him.
for me, this novel is a good reading material which is it's moral values are very useful to use.the author want we be like Christopher.he had strong determination. he tried and tried to find out the culprit eventhough in this story Christopher is described as a person who had Asperger syndrome.it is stated at the back cover of the novel.Christopher is very optimistic about his future, having successfully solved the incident of the murdered dog, gone to London on his own, found his mother, written a book and got an A in his A-level Maths exam.we should make him as an example in our life...=]
